SERVICES & FEES
Our design and build fees are structured to be clear, competitive, and transparent. We operate on fixed fees for concept design and design development, followed by a further fixed fee for the preparation of detailed construction documentation. This approach removes uncertainty and ensures there are no hidden or ambiguous costs.
Clients have full visibility of overall fees from the outset, while maintaining the flexibility to proceed on a stage-by-stage basis as the project evolves. Each stage is defined by clear deliverables, allowing informed decision-making at every step.
When Cayevision is appointed to deliver the build, all subsequent architectural and project services are incorporated into the construction cost. This integrated approach makes design and build a highly efficient and cost-effective alternative to the traditional architect and contractor model.
